DC Advanced User - 3PL (Pudahuel)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a DC Advanced User - 3PL, you will provide an efficient and smooth system support to day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with system routines and acting as a bridge between the business and system administration.

• Train DC associates and team leaders on new system functionalities and improvements.
• Support DC associates in daily operations and resolve system-related issues in alignment with DC processes.
• Conduct system clean-up, basic troubleshooting, and provide feedback to system specialists.
• Support operational excellence, quality and efficiency by ensuring that system‑related best practice guidelines are followed, all flow systems are working, and IT system related procedures are implemented.
• Ensure effective and efficient incident management when needed (e.g., participate in “bridge calls”, incident reporting).
• Contribute to project rollouts as needed.
