Job Description

Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth and reliable WFJ operations as the primary focus within the DC FWFJ team by executing key outbound activities such as consignment outbound, inventory stock taking, SPM operations, and overseas transfers, while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate inventory and efficient operations..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute WFJ and consignment outbound transactions accurately.
  • Handle WFJ and consignment returns and reconcile with physical inventory.
  • Perform stock taking for WFJ and consignment inventory control.
  • Manage end-to-end operations for PR department products (FGPS).
  • Request and monitor inventory adjustments for WFJ and ACC products.
  • Monitor WFJ and overseas transfer KPIs and report key issues.
  • Coordinate with delivery vendors (e.g., Valex, Brinks) and issue vouchers.
