- Support the GEN Service Management Inventory Management Functional Lead in implementing effective processes across the GEN organization.
- Evaluate and refine the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes.
- Develop Inventory Management procedures aligned with established policies.
- Design skill advancement programs for process and data analysts.
- Maintain high standards for Inventory data integrity.
- Oversee documentation for Inventory Management processes.
- Confirm the availability of comprehensive process training for the staff.
- Integrate Inventory Management with other organizational workflows.
- Benchmark, monitor, and report on process performance metrics.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps.
