The Role You Could Play
Reporting to theDC Manager,you’llbe responsible fordriving high performance across people,safetyand operations on your shift. Key responsibilities include:
Leading a large, multi-layered team to ensureaccurateand efficient movement of stock across inbound,outboundand online fulfilment
Creating and embedding a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all legislative and MECCA safety standards
Managing shift performance against operational, service and productivity KPIs
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency,capabilityand team engagement
