Role Purpose:

Assist with sourcing new prospective investors and deals as well as overseeing all aspects of investment processes including evaluation, negotiation, documentation, structuring, approval, deal execution and communicate with all transaction parties.

Role Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Provide technical input on all transactions

Support in marketing debt product offerings to corporate, financial institutions and government clients

Handle all operations prior to issuance for subscription process and all legal documents

Monitor all processes post the issuance through all parties

Maintain a high degree of trust with clients during execution and grow rapport with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their needs and being responsive
