Brief Job Description: 

The Senior Design Lead: 

• Develop, design, and test the backup power systems for telecommunications and data centers.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

• Design and development of new products in NPD (New Product Development) team


• Designing electrical components for power/back-up supply units for data centers and the telecommunications industry.


• Preparing electrical drawings, block diagrams, and circuit schematics.


• Developing technical documentation and list of materials for electrical components.


• Preparation of test instructions for the designed products.


• Implementing and managing engineering changes.
