• Lead and manage the MSP team to provide timely and high-quality support for AWD configuration and other product support tasks.
• Establish and maintain operational consistency and governance around AWD support requests across multiple lines of business.
• Develop and oversee a defined pipeline of work for MSP execution, ensuring efficient task triage and completion.
• Help assist in project planning and mobilization of new workstreams from the client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partner teams to align support processes and SLAs.
• Monitor MSP performance metrics, SLAs and KPIs.
