Deal Advisory Associate Director

The role will comprise the following responsibilities:
+ Managing sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments (overseeing IM and financial databook preparation, preparing target lists);
+ Managing the preparation of valuation reports (reviewing target research and valuation models and overseeing the writing of the report);
+ Managing debt and equity raisings (reviewing databooks and writing of information documents);
+ Managing preparation of robust and flexible financial models (including 3 statement forecast models and sensitivity analysis);
+ Managing the preparation of business plans;
+ Liaising with clients, target, financial institutions, solicitors etc; and
+ Preparation of presentations and marketing initiatives.



The successful candidate will be and possess:

+ The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with ACA, CFA or equivalent qualification;
