Deal Desk Analyst

Role Summary

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will support our Japan sales teams to ensure quotes are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. With your proficiency of Salesforce and CPQ, you thrive working independently and will ensure deals that request discretionary discounting are correctly constructed and are within the profitability goals of the company.

What You Will Do

Ensure quotes are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner with strong focus during period-end deadlines

Ensure sales teams are compliant with internal policies, directly partnering with cross functional teams to ensure policies are adhered to and enforced

Understand end-to-end processes across the deal flow process including roles and responsibilities of cross-functional support teams to expeditiously resolve issues

Meet Service Level Agreements and KPI’s for deal flow processing
