Deal desk support specialist

We're actively seeking a Deal Desk Support Specialist to join our vibrant team and assume a pivotal role in enabling Meltwater’s commercial teams to successfully close high‑value opportunities. As a Deal Desk Support Specialist, you'll report to the Manager of EMEA Deal Desk and be responsible for managing the CPQ administration process and providing support across various Deal Desk functions. Additionally, the Deal Desk Support Specialist contributes to the overall order‑to‑cash process at Meltwater, working closely with commercial teams through any related queries.

This role is based in Cape Town, with a requirement to work US EST hours 2 days per week to support global stakeholders. You’ll gain exposure to cross‑functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Operations, with opportunities to grow into more strategic Deal Desk or Sales Operations roles over time.
