Deal Execution Officer

Overview

As an Deal Execution Officer for Security Bank Capital Investment Corporation, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating and executing investment banking deals.

Responsibilities

• Conducts industry and company specific research and study to assist in the identifications of and/or analysis of potential business or financing opportunities
• Creates, manages and assists in the preparation of financial models and business valuations in order to help analyze the viability of a company's financials and business model
• Assists in the origination of mandates by developing and cultivating client relationships including but not limited to pitching and preparing client presentations
