Our client, a fast growing Asia-centric asset manager, is expanding the legal team. They are seeking a senior lawyer with deal and origination experience. You will work on a range of legal matters across funds, investments and transactions.

Requirements:

Admitted to the Singapore Bar, Min 8-10 years’ legal experience within financial services or asset management, preferably with exposure to alternative investment, deal and origination

Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation, IMA, and client contracts.

Advise on the formation, structuring, and ongoing governance of private funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and other alternative investment vehicles.

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
