Deal Originator

The purpose of this role is to create deal flow and develop a solid pipeline of potential insurance and financial transactions for underwriting. The role requires strong technical skills to evaluate complex financial transactions at an early stage to determine their feasibility and commercial viability. Additionally, the role involves engaging with various stakeholders, including financiers, senior government officials, corporate executives, and directors. The incumbent may also supervise graduates or less experienced staff.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct market research for appropriate business opportunities that would match group's products and eligibility requirements.


• Develop strong pipeline of good quality projects/transactions through proactive origination/business development.


• Comprehensively map industry or sector opportunities in order to generate a list of prospects.
