**Job Summary**- This role is responsible for leading a team of individual contributors helping them manage operational processes while monitoring performance and providing regular reports to senior management.The role defines and tracks KPIs, develops action plans for improvement, and leads projects related to operational process enhancement.The role maintains process documentation, implements quality control measures, and stays updated on industry trends and best practices.
