Deal Sourcing Associate – DACH & Nordics (Remote)

Mergero is seeking a Deal Sourcing Associate to identify and execute acquisition opportunities in the DACH & Nordics regions. Your role will involve reaching out to business owners and CEOs, generating qualified M&A leads, and maintaining high activity levels.

The ideal candidate has experience in outbound sales or business development and is self-motivated. A clear progression path into senior roles exists. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or from the Lugano office.
