The Dealer Manager – West Africa is responsible for developing, managing and expanding Leica Geosystems’ dealer and distribution network across the West African region. This role plays a key part in driving partner strategy, sales enablement, market development, and long‑term growth. We’re seeking a candidate with strong analytical skills, commercial insight, and the ability to cultivate strategic partnerships in international and multicultural contexts.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Dealer & Distribution Partner Management
Manage, strengthen and develop relationships with dealers and distribution partners across West Africa.
Conduct regular business reviews, build annual joint business plans and monitor performance.
