Job Description

Tasks
 Greet players at the table with professionalism and friendliness.
 Explain the rules of the game to novice players, helping them integrate easily.
 Ensure the integrity and fairness of the games between players.
 Handle the monetary transactions related to chip exchanges.
 Lead the game while respecting the rules and maintaining a constant focus on integrity.
 Collect losing bets and distribute winnings to the winner(s) according to established rules.
 Maintain a smooth game pace in line with standards.
 Develop and retain clientele through a positive and engaging attitude.
 Support operations by informing the manager of chip refill or credit needs.
 Report any problematic or exceptional situations to the manager that require attention.
 Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth running of the table operations.
