Dealer Principle

Our client is looking for a well experienced Dealer Principal to manage their branch in Nelspruit. The key role will be to develop and implement strategies for growth efficiency and profitability of the branch whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Dealer Principal will be responsible for the availability of vehicle and parts, meeting and setting budget objectives as well as staff Management.

The Dealer Principal must be experienced in reviewing pricing policies, developing and driving sales discounts, fleet discounts, conduct parts pricing, and work out labour rates and costs.

Min requirements:

• Basic Business and Financial Acumen.


• Min 5 years’ Dealer Principal experience.


• Product and Brand Knowledge – Iveco, FAW, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi, Kalmar, Astra, Liebherr, CIMC.


• Sound understanding of sales, service, and parts.
