What You’ll Do

• Manage and process dealer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide outstanding support and build strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
• Track and follow up on open orders and customer requests
• Resolve issues proactively and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, sales support, or operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (a plus)
• Excel skills (basic to intermediate)
