Dealer Training Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Design, deliver, and facilitate in-person/hybrid training for dealer staff (sales, service, management) on product knowledge, sales skills, customer service, and brand confidence.
2. Conduct on-site training visits to Chilean dealers, localize training materials (handbooks, presentations) to fit market/cultural needs.
3. Identify training gaps via dealer/sales team collaboration, track effectiveness with KPIs, and submit reports to the Chilean branch & HQ.
4. Act as liaison between the Chilean branch and training team of HQ, align local initiatives with global standards, and support global program rollout.
5. Build partnerships with dealer management, provide post-training support, and advocate for dealer training needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Undergraduate degree or above, preferably in Training & Development, HR functions, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years of automotive experience (preferably training related)....
