Job Description


We are seeking a Dealership Accountant to oversee the financial operations across 3 dealerships. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-today accounting functions

  • Prepare monthly management reports, P&L’s, and forecasts

  • Monitor cashflow, budgets and conduct variance analysis

  • Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations

  • Maintain accurate vehicle stock control and floorplan reporting

  • Lead end-of-month processes, reconciliations, and financial close

  • Liaise with external auditors and internal teams as needed

  • Oversee procurement and supplier agreements

  • Manage payroll and oversee HR compliance

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with department heads to optimise financial performance
