Job Requirements:
· Fresh graduates (IT or related field) and undergraduates with experience in BPO.
· At least 0-1 year of experience in customer service or BPO.
· Preferably residing near Makati, Taguig, and Mandaluyong.
· Can start as soon as possible.
· Willing to work onsite.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to company products and services
• Accurately document all customer interactions and concerns
• Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via email or other communication channels
• Maintain professionalism and a positive tone during customer interactions
• Foster good relationships with customers and clients
