EDGE is a 2‑year graduate programme across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. The programme focuses on playing the role of lead financial advisers in sell‑side and buy‑side transactions and provides a rotational experience within Corporate Finance and other complementary business units before specialising in the third year.

• Provide corporate finance/mergers and acquisitions advisory services
• Work on project teams to prepare pitchbooks, information memorandums and teasers among other presentation materials
• Execute engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors
• Responsible for deal execution, including financial modelling
