Our Deals ITX team specializes in providing tax advice on indirect tax implications of transactions such as share and asset acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, IPOs, carve-outs, and supply chain restructurings. We lead on some of the UK's largest and most complex transactions, including significant international carve-outs and separations.
