IILM University invites applications for the position of Program Head to lead its flagship undergraduate program, BBA – Venture Creation & Innovation.

The program is designed to train the next generation of innovators and build family business leaders where students create a company or transform their business and get a degree also.

The program is designed to integrate business fundamentals, innovation frameworks, AI literacy, venture studio models, accelerator pathways, and global immersion experiences to prepare students for startup creation, family business transformation, corporate innovation roles, and venture capital careers.
