Position Purpose

Lead the school's student conduct, well‑being, and community culture initiatives by ensuring the consistent and equitable implementation of institutional policies and expectations, effectively addressing behavioral concerns, and providing guidance and support to students, families, and faculty. This role is responsible for fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment that promotes student well‑being, personal growth, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the school's student discipline and community culture framework.
• Ensure the consistent application of school policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations across all divisions.
