Role Mandate
The SVP – Business Development & Debt Syndication will be responsible for originating, building, and scaling the debt syndication franchise , with full ownership of client acquisition, revenue generation, and deal pipeline development.
This is a front-end, revenue-driving leadership role , requiring strong relationships across corporates, lenders, and financial sponsors , along with the ability to originate and close complex structured debt transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Origination & Revenue Ownership
Drive new client acquisition across large corporates, mid-market companies, and institutional clients
Originate and execute mandates in:
Debt Syndication
Structured Finance
Project Finance
Acquisition Financing
Special Situations / Stressed Assets
Build and maintain a robust and predictable deal pipeline
Own top-line revenue targets and conversion metrics
