Job Description

                    Responsibilities Origination and execution of DCM transactions 
keeping abreast of industries, companies and comparable transactions 
preparing market updates, clients pitches, internal memos and other internal/external documentation 
assisting with client pitching, due diligence, internal approvals, structuring, execution, pricing and invoice/payment 
working together with DCM syndicate, FI system and other internal/external stakeholders 
other tasks assigned by the department head 
Qualifications Degree in business, banking or finance 
2-3 years of relevant experiences in DCM origination and execution 
knowledge of lending and credit analysis 
highly motivated team player and a quick learner 
excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills 
preferably has passed CMFAS Module 1B and Module 4A/4B Exam 
interest in capital markets products/services pref...
