Responsibilities Include:

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

• Reach out to every student in your book every month by phone, email, and SMS.
• Identify and escalate outstanding service issues to relevant departments, following up until the student's needs are resolved.

Retention and At-Risk Student Management

• Give extra attention to At-Risk students who have missed assignments or payments, offering support and sending motivational messages to encourage their continued studies.
