Debt Counselling Secretary
Cape Town
Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 CTC

Well established legal practice is seeking a Debt Counselling Secretary with experience in debt review administration and litigation support to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience within the Debt Counselling / Debt Review environment

Knowledge of the National Credit Act and debt review process

Experience dealing with: Debt Counsellors
Attorneys
Credit Providers / Banks
Consumers 

Familiarity with: Magistrates’ Court processes
Drafting basic legal documents and correspondence
Consent orders and variation applications 

Computer literate on Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of matters

Strong administrative and organisational skills
