Debt Counselling Secretary
Cape Town
Salary: R15 000 – R18 000 CTC
Well established legal practice is seeking a Debt Counselling Secretary with experience in debt review administration and litigation support to join their dynamic team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience within the Debt Counselling / Debt Review environment
- Knowledge of the National Credit Act and debt review process
- Experience dealing with:
- Debt Counsellors
- Attorneys
- Credit Providers / Banks
- Consumers
- Familiarity with:
- Magistrates’ Court processes
- Drafting basic legal documents and correspondence
- Consent orders and variation applications
- Computer literate on Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes of matters
