Debt Recovery Specialist

Summary:

We are looking for a Debt Recovery Specialist to manage a portfolio of accounts, conduct field visits to negotiate settlements, and liaise with legal advisors to pursue legal action for debt recovery when necessary. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records of collection activities, collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and discrepancies, and continuously improve the debt collection process. The requirements include a minimum of 3 years of field collection experience, preferably in the financial services industry, and legal experience or knowledge related to debt recovery processes.
