Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough credit assessments
• Understanding consumers' full financial situation
• Presenting tailored, reduced installment solutions

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in debt review (required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Experience working with iDocs, and VikiDial
• Team player who can collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment
• Multilingual candidates will be given preference
• Basic salary for Leadgens starts from R6000 and for Closers R10 000
