Responsibilities

Deal Origination

• To providing indicative and firm pricing to debt market updates and investor feedback to aid in pitching and structuring.
• Supports the preparation of high-quality pitch books and materials for client meetings and follow-ups.
• Supports the preparation of regular market updates and pricing updates for clients.

Deal Execution

• Support the overall deal execution aspects which includes market updates, book-building, demand canvassing, book-building, pricing and allocation of deals, roadshow/marketing/planning, operational settlement and preparation of case studies.
• Assessment and underwriting of selective bond transactions.
• Assist in portfolio management and be accountable for profit & loss of exposures, capturing and rectifying of bond trades accurately in accordance to existing-ly approved limits / internal policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
