NATIONAL DEBTORS & PAYROLL CONTROLLER

Location: Milnerton, Cape Town

Salary: R15,000 per month (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

A well-established company is seeking a proactive and meticulous National Debtors & Payroll Controller to primarily oversee national debt collection and account management, with payroll responsibilities as a valuable bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Debtors & Debt Collection (Primary Focus)

• Manage and monitor all outstanding accounts across the country
• Follow up on overdue payments and implement effective collection strategies
• Allocate receipts and perform reconciliations
• Distribute customer statements
• Conduct credit checks and manage customer onboarding
• Maintain payment schedules for accurate cash flow forecasting
• Supervise Debtors Assistant and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Payroll Management (Secondary / Bonus)
