POSITION INFO

The suitable candidates’ main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure timely collection of the company’s debtors in order to maximize cash flow of the business;
• Minimize the risk of bad debts and reduce debtor’s day to an acceptable level;
• Reconciliation of clients’ accounts and matching credit notes;
• Requesting remittance advices from clients;
• Resolving daily debtors’ queries and preparing credit notes with appropriate documentation;
• Ensure clients receive monthly invoices and statements;
