Our client in the travel organization is looking for a Debtors Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Debtors Supervisor, you will ensure all supporting documents are attached as per client requirements. You will ensure that processes and procedures are followed by the team. Ensure Payroll and HR receive the necessary forms for the staff members' files, and deadlines are met. Ensure that the company is not at risk of finance charges.
This role will keep you updated on industry trends, practices, and regulatory changes related to debt collection and credit management, offering opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree in accounting.
Certificate from a Supervisory/Leadership Course.
Minimum 3 years experience in a debtor’s supervisor role.
Computer literacy with a high level of accuracy, especially in MS Office and MS Excel.
