Debtors/Creditors Clerk – Plettenberg Bay

Job Designation: Finance

Reporting to: Financial Supervisor

Stakeholders: CEO; Sales & Orders, KFIN Consultants, Sales Consultants/Agents, Merchant Factors

This role is accountable for assisting with the efficient, streamlined role of Greenmouse Debtors and Creditors. It is responsible for assisting the Financial Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the Creditors and Debtors’ portfolio.

Debtors

• Order Approvals
• Statement Management
• Windeed/Vetting of New Client Applications

Creditors

• Hubdoc – Data capture/scanning in of invoices
• Create Purchase Orders

General

• Team player and willingness to work the extra mile
