Debug Engineer

Summary
The Debug Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical failures in HLA manufacturing. You will act as the technical bridge between the Test and Production teams, diagnosing complex hardware issues down to the component level. Your role is critical in driving yield improvement, reducing scrap, and ensuring that all shipped products meet stringent quality and functional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Component-Level Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair failed PCBAs from HLA(HIGH LEVEL ASSEMBLY) which is cover the faikure from RST,Turn On,Aging,Final Test.
Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into recurring failures using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone diagrams to determine if the issue is a process defect, a component failure, or a design flaw.
Technical Documentation: Generate detailed Failure Analysis (FA) reports and maintain a database of common symptoms and solutions to standardize the repair process.
