DEBUG TECHNICIAN

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty PCBAs and electronic components, especially related to walkie-talkie products.
• Perform component-level repair using soldering/desoldering techniques (THT & SMT).
• Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and RF power meters for analysis and verification.
• Interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, and schematic drawings to isolate and resolve defects.
• Document debug findings and support continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams on root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with ESD and safety handling procedures.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB debug or electronics repair.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits.
