Decision Developer

The Decisions Developer at HSI serves as the sole developer managing approximately 90 active workflow projects that form the backbone of the company's chemical Safety Data Sheet (SDS) approval system. These projects span three complexity tiers that process SDS submissions through structured approval workflows before materializing approved data into the chemical management UI.

• Level 1 projects involve straightforward sequential review processes with basic form inputs.
• Level 2 projects incorporate parallel review states, custom routing logic, expanded form fields, and API integrations that POST workflow data to the UI database.
