Deck Engineer – High-Performance Sailing Yacht (Mallorca)

A private yacht company is seeking a Deck/Engineer for a 20m+ high-performance sailing yacht. The position is based in Mallorca, with a dual season in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Responsibilities include engineering work and assisting with sailing. Experience is preferred but not required, as long as candidates have a solid sailing background. Fluency in English is required, and the vessel operates on a non-smoking policy. Salary is dependent on experience with standard MLC SEA terms.
