Deckhand

We are seeking a dedicated deckhand for a 24-meter sailing yacht operating in the Mediterranean Sea, with homeport in Spain. This permanent position is ideal for a candidate fluent in Spanish or Italian who possesses all valid certifications, including AEC 1 and AEC 2.

The deckhand will be an integral part of a small crew of four, responsible for maintaining the vessel's cleanliness, assisting with sails and rigging, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and a passion for sailing.
