Deckhand

Reiya Group is seeking a Deckhand to join a 70m+ private, Med-based yacht. This is a reputable and professionally run vessel with a solid crew team and structured program, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking stability, learning opportunities and long-term growth within the yachting industry.

• Assist with daily deck operations and exterior maintenance
• Washdowns, detailing, polishing and general upkeep of the yacht
• Support docking, anchoring and mooring operations
• Assist with tender operations and guest transfers
• Operate and maintain deck equipment and safety gear
• Follow safety procedures, vessel policies and operational standards
• Support the deck team during guest trips and busy periods
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation on deck

• Minimum 1 year of yachting experience as a Deckhand
