Deckhand/Mate

Burgess recruitment is currently seeking aDeckhand/Mate for a 30m+ motor yacht.

The position will be split between mostly deck duties (80%) and some mate duties as required (20%).

You will work with a close-knit team on board- there is a total crew of 6- Captain, Deck/mate, chief engineer, chef, chief stew & 2nd stew.

Requirements

• Min 2 years’ experience
• Yacht Master Offshore CE
• All tickets in hand and up to date
• Hands‑on and proactive
• Supporting the team in all aspects of daily yacht operations
• Charter experience beneficial

Start date: 9 March

Location: Spain

Leave: 42 days

Salary: EUR 4000
