• Yachtmaster Offshore + ECDIS
• Strong seamanship & tender operations
• Confident, hands‑on leadership as you have one crew under you.
• High deck standards (paint, varnish, maintenance)
• Strong safety awareness
• Very comfortable driving outboard single engine with a 8m Rib.
