Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & acknowledge of pre-alert documents of every shipment
• Assess the documents received & advise the clients for what are the lacking documents.
• Requesting of necessary documents for processing on Shipping lines especially new clients.
• Securing necessary permits of the shipments including SPS, TEC, CPR & etc.
• Preparing draft computation & lodgement.
• Lodgement of shipment.
• Portal to Customs of the lodged shipment.
• Monitoring lodgement status.
• Updating the viber group with shipping documents & status of lodgement.
• Accomplish Shipment monitoring report.
• Preparing documents for submission in CCC.
• Monitoring & requesting of Intercommerce funds.
• Monitoring & Requesting BIR stamps.
• Monitoring & requesting of funds for notarized documents (Entry, SDV, LCU & RTA)
• Requesting funds for TEC, BAI & Task force processing. <...
