Declaration Officer – Freight Forwarding (K1–K9, ZB1 & ZB2) – Setia Alam

Our client, established in 1977, is a diversified Malaysian group with businesses in mechanical engineering, truck body building, construction, motor repairs, spare parts, insurance brokerage, housing development, and trading. They are seeking a Customs Declaration Officer to be based in Setia Alam, Shah Alam.

The role involves preparing and submitting customs declarations (K1–K9, ZB1, ZB2) via EDI systems, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, liaising with customs and shipping agents, verifying tariff codes, monitoring declaration status, and maintaining proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with 1–2 years' experience in forwarding/shipping
• Knowledge of customs forms (K1–K9); EDI/DG system is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Remuneration: RM 2,500 – RM 2,700 + allowance RM 200–300, statutory benefits & bonus
