Dedicated Accountant - Senior Accountant 2

Overview

Botkeeper is building a team that pushes the boundaries of what's possible in bookkeeping. Following our Series C funding, we are scaling to achieve the future of bookkeeping. This DA-SA2 Accountant role involves preparing financial statements and reports, applying accounting principles and best practices, and performing calculations with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Available for client calls
• Bank and credit card transactions
• Manual uploading to QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero
• Document attachment
• Reconciliations (bank, credit, loan)
• Payroll entries
• Draft management reports
• AR & AP aging reconciliation
• 1099 filing (based on assessment)
• Initial review of client books
• W-9 requests
• AP processing
• Due to/from accounts
• Inventory management
• Custom reporting
• Sales tax computation
