**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Performs research and resolution duties associated with deductions and credit types in a team environment. This includes identifying, researching, collecting appropriate supporting documentation and determining the appropriate resolution in an audit compliant manner.
+ Uses time management skills to code deductions, submit backup and identify new trends for assigned customers.
